Existing bus reservation system
Present system of booking bus ticket is manual. System that is being used by the staff at the counter currently is internal local system and used to sell the bus ticket at the reservation counter. In this system customer has to visit bus counter personally for buying ticket for any date. Similarly for any enquiry they have to visit counter personally.
In manual bus reservation system payment mode is cash. So customers have to carry cash while going for reservation. Customers depend upon the staff for any enquiry, reservation or cancellation.
Abstract of online bus reservation system
To overcome all the above mentioned problems we have developed new online bus reservation system. This is an online application that runs over the internet. So customers need not to visit reservation counter personally. Now they can buy bus tickets over the internet 24 x 7 days.
In addition the “online bus ticket reservation system” allows customers to check the availability of seats on any date and route before they buy bus ticket. Customers no need to pay cash to buy ticket because they can pay via credit card.
